Busch Gardens included the renovation of the existing Desert Grill building as a part of a larger realm/ride project in the adjacent Pantopia/Falcon’s Fury area. The existing food service area was gutted and turned into a market style facility that allows guests to enter a large market/scramble area and select from various food stations before exiting and paying. The project also included a new bar, interior renovation, exterior renovation, and a new exterior barbeque walk up food service addition. Meyer Associates provided architecture and engineering services for the project.
